This text covers the scimind.org corporate website. The products' own terms of use are on their own domains and are subject to separate agreements.

Parties and scope

These terms govern the relationship between the corporate website published at scimind.org and the person visiting the site. Anyone using the site is deemed to have read and accepted these terms. The site is operated by SCIMIND Teknoloji Yazılım Eğitim ve Danışmanlık A.Ş. .

These terms cover only this site. ScholarGate, Lacuna, and DecisionMind are separate platforms running on their own domains; each has its own terms of use and user agreement, and those texts are published on the relevant domain. When you open an account on a platform, that platform's own agreement applies, not this text.

Purpose of the site

The site is published for promotion and information. It describes the company, the products, the product line under development, and the way the company works.

No text on the site is an offer, a commitment, or a binding pre-contractual statement. Scope, terms, and duration are determined by a written proposal; the only thing that is binding is a proposal given to you in writing.

The description on product pages reflects the state of affairs at that time. Information given about a product under development is not a promise of a launch date; the stage each product has reached is written as it stands on the roadmap page.

Governing law and competent court

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Turkey. The courts and enforcement offices of Gaziantep have jurisdiction over disputes arising from the interpretation or application of these terms.
