SciMind is a research technology company.

SCIMIND Teknoloji Yazılım Eğitim ve Danışmanlık A.Ş. was founded in Gaziantep, Türkiye on 3 July 2026. We do one thing: build digital systems that carry the work researchers, educational institutions and decision makers do when they produce, analyse and evaluate knowledge.

Our products are not text generators. Each one runs a defined workflow end to end, works on data, and carries in writing which data, which method and which steps produced its output.

We are building a line of twelve products. Three are live today, nine are in development. All of them share the same engine, the same provenance rule and the same audit trail, because the parts of a single piece of research cannot be disconnected from one another.

ScholarGate opens 8,178 research methods across 236 fields, organised into families. What each method is, how it works and which paper it comes from is written down with its source. Not a calculator, a library.

  • With its source. Every method record is linked to the original paper it rests on. No searching for the citation afterwards.
  • Family hierarchy. Ranking, causal inference, measurement, epidemiology. Methods form a tree, not a flat list.
  • Personal shelf. With Bookshelf and Desk, the methods you browse are collected per project and annotated.

Lacuna

Read the literature, turn the gap into evidence.

Anyone can see what a literature has studied. The value is in seeing what it has not.

Lacuna reads a field through three engines at once: bibliometric network, thematic map and meta analytic evidence. It marks the gap left between clusters and turns that gap into a defensible research question.

  • Three engines, one workflow. Network analysis, thematic mapping and meta forest run in the same study, not in separate tools.
  • Decision log. Every inclusion and exclusion decision is recorded with its reason and can be audited later.
  • Sealed method. When the analysis closes, the method is frozen. The same corpus gives the same result.

DecisionMind

Turn a complex problem into a defensible decision.

Producing a ranking is easy. Defending why the ranking came out this way is the real work.

DecisionMind runs 555 scientifically validated multi criteria decision making methods on one platform. Every method is bound to a manifest contract; computation is deterministic and every step is written to the audit trail.

  • Manifest contract. Which paper the method rests on, which assumption it accepts and what it does not do are all written down.
  • Paradigm comparison. The same matrix runs under classical, fuzzy, neutrosophic and grey paradigms, and the rankings are compared.
  • Reproducibility. The same input gives the same result. No randomness, versions are pinned, and a run can be repeated exactly six months later.
